A site drainage fix in the narrow alley between an existing metal building and the property-line fence — a strip with nowhere for stormwater to go. The work ran the full length of the building: cutting and grading a drainage channel, setting a buried drain line with a cleanout riser, separating the stone from the subgrade with filter fabric, and armoring the channel with washed stone and graded riprap so runoff is carried through instead of ponding against the building and eroding the fence line.
