What We Look For.
To join the bidder pool, subs need to meet a few basics. Most established subs already do.
Start Your Application- Properly licensed in Louisiana for your trade
- General liability insurance — $1M per occurrence minimum
- Workers’ compensation coverage in good standing
- Bonding capacity appropriate to project size, when required
- References from previous GCs or project owners
- Documented safety record — EMR / OSHA logs
- Ability to provide certificates of insurance promptly
- Track record completing construction projects on time
